Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the location.
We do not charge any fee for shipping and logistics. All the expenses are fully integrated into our product pricing.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
All orders placed on Shylaa are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed.
Customers are advised to inspect their package at the time of delivery while the courier partner is present.
In the rare case of a damaged product:
- Clear photos of the item and packaging must be taken immediately
- Our support team must be contacted with the photos and order details
After verification, a replacement will be arranged for damaged items only.
Requests made without proper proof or delayed time may not be eligible.
